When we met Mr Lim<\/strong>, he was at home, suffering from the effects of a mild stroke. A soft-spoken man in his 70s, he often spoke with quiet pride about his eldest grandson \u2014 the first in the next generation to complete his studies \u2014 and his wish to attend the upcoming polytechnic graduation ceremony in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was more than a family celebration; it was a promise he had made to himself \u2014 \u201cI\u2019ll be there when he graduates.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We first heard about Mr Lim\u2019s story through his son, who reached out to Getbulance<\/strong> for help arranging medical transport for the event. We introduced him to the Getbulance platform<\/strong>, where he booked a licensed provider himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
