Yes. You can cancel for free anytime before a provider accepts and confirms your booking. Once confirmed, cancellations must be arranged directly with the provider, and fees may apply depending on their policy.
Are the ambulance providers licensed?
Yes, we only work with licensed and reliable ambulance service providers to ensure safe and professional transport.
Will all providers see my personal details (patient name, IC, contact number, etc.) when I make a booking?
No. Your personal and patient details are protected. Only the provider you choose to accept will receive your contact information, and that is solely for coordination of the confirmed booking and updating their own booking system.
